Why did we decide to implement the Adizes methodology?
Adizes is a management methodology that helps companies grow sustainably, clearly distributing responsibilities and maintaining harmony within the team.
We made the decision to implement Adizes when the company was growing rapidly and the challenges were increasing:
✔ the number and scope of projects was growing;
✔ processes were becoming more complex;
✔ we needed to ensure that we did not lose direction and team communication as we grew.
What did Adize give us?
✔ Clear processes and responsibilities.
✔ Better internal communication between departments.
✔ Stronger team involvement and motivation.
We started implementing the methodology consciously – in full, throughout all stages of our activities. Although the process took place at a time when the agenda was tight, the team understood the meaning of the change and got involved.
Today, we can say simply that it was one of the most important steps in the maturation of our organization.
