Is it possible to turn an old resort into a luxury resort... without demolishing it, but by reconstructing it?
“Velvet Dunes Nida” showed us that it is possible.

The biggest challenge? The limitations of existing structures + the highest quality requirements + the need to find unconventional solutions.
Every decision was like a complex puzzle. The key to success? A strong partnership and 100% trust between all project participants.
This project will remain one of the most memorable for us: because we did what initially seemed impossible.
What's more, we were noticed on an international level: the "Aksominių kopų" project was presented in London at a "Sotheby's" event and published in RESIDE magazine.
