We are growing and improving rapidly, increasing not only the scope of our projects (both physical and financial), but also our team, processes, expectations, and contribution to the company's activities. We often resist change and avoid it when it "happens."
In order to answer all of our employees' questions, "Why? How? When?" we initiated a meeting during which not only "Gilesta's" annual goals, development directions, departmental issues and joys were presented, but also the new organisational structure of the company, which was thoroughly analysed and explained by Jurgita Bajoriūnienė, a certified expert from "Adizes Institute Lithuania".
We hope that after such an informative day, our colleagues will no longer be intimidated by the new changes, but will look forward to them!
