The end of october is a great time to focus and relax before the most beautiful holidays of the year. It is a time when we begin to set goals for the coming year and analyze the past. It is a time to thank ourselves for our efforts and patience, and others for their sense of community, kind words, and support.
Remigijus Šalna, Dean of the faculty of Civil engineering at Vilnius Tech, presented our company with a letter of appreciation for our support of students. We are grateful not only for the warm welcome from the Vilnius Tech team and for meeting students Jokūbas Šniauka and Domantas Greblikas, but also for the opportunity for "Gilesta" to contribute to the education of young construction engineers, construction and project managers, and students of other professions, to motivate them, and, most importantly, for the opportunity to set an example of an innovative, rapidly growing organization that educates and values its employees.
