When the host of "Gilesta" summer festival, a magician, asked what is "Gilesta" team's biggest goal and desire was at the moment, the answer was to win the "House of the Nation" competition. So, it seems that, thanks to this exciting development, the project will be magical not only for the general contractor, but also for Vilnius, Lithuania, and even neighboring countries - it will be the most modern concert hall in the Baltic States!
"Gilesta" is committed to using its resources, knowledge, expertise, and determination to implement the amazing 23,800 sq. m. project designed by "Arquivio architects" and "Cloud architects" within four years.
This is not the first time we have worked with the project's client, Vilnius City Municipality and Vilnius Development Company. Currently, the construction of "Vydūnėlis" nursery school is being completed, so our positive experiences – mutual understanding, cooperation, and timely decision-making – motivate us to take on a new challenge, a new project: the construction of the National Concert Hall.
