What is most important to us when hiring employees in the regions?
"Gilesta" operates not only in Vilnius, but also in other cities and regions of the country. We built Šiauliai military town, are currently working on Šiauliai infectious diseases hospital project, are building a cultural center in Pagiriai, and a multifunctional arena in Tauragė.
And, of course, it is always much more convenient to hire local employees, companies, and subcontractors. Their concentration is higher in some regions and lower in others, so sometimes it takes a lot of effort to find reliable employees in more remote regions of Lithuania.
We understand that in order to attract competent employees, we ourselves must set a good example and practice good employer practices. The reputation of the general contractor is particularly important in the regions.
