This year, in 2025, construction material prices are expected to rise, which may also increase construction costs. As interest rates ease, construction volumes will increase, i.e., demand, and growth in demand always drives price increases.
How will we address this at "Gilesta"?
📍 Since data analysis is our daily work, we were aware of the potential increase in material prices as early as last year, in the middle of the year: all the signs clearly pointed to this. Therefore, we prepared for it.
📍 We have calculated the material requirements for the projects we have started very precisely, i.e., we know how much of each material will be needed for each project. Therefore, we can still purchase materials at unchanged prices so that the budget planned for the client does not increase or increases only minimally.
📍 It is also important that when calculating budgets for clients, we prepare them in great detail. We digitize all data, have historical prices, and can predict fairly accurately how much the prices of different materials may increase. This allows us to successfully balance the budget to match the client's budget for the project.
