What team will be working on the National Concert Hall project? How many people will be on site?
📍We formed the team before we even started preparing the bid for the competition: from the project director to the construction managers and engineers.
📍Thanks to digitalization, we were able to monitor data on when and from which sites the necessary specialists would become available, so that we knew exactly which employees would be able to join the project and when.
📍Since the scope and parts of the concert hall project are larger than usual, it is natural that the team here will also be significantly larger. The full construction management process alone is expected to require 10–15 employees.
📍 The number of people working on site will depend on the specific work we are doing at the time.
📍One of the main stages will be the installation of the building's structures – at that time, we will definitely need about 120 people, and at the peak, when the facade and roof are being installed and the internal engineering networks are being set up, there may be as many as 300 people working on site.
